Out of credits? How to keep translating
Ran out of RuneManga credits? Claim 20 free credits every day, see what a page costs, and choose a plan or a credit pack only if you read a lot.
RuneManga uses credits: one translated page costs one credit. When they run out, the extension and the WebApp stop starting new pages until you have more. The quickest way back is free: claim your daily credits on runemanga.com.
Claim your free daily credits
Every account, on every plan, can claim 20 credits a day on the Daily credits page of runemanga.com. They last 24 hours and are used before your other credits. A new day starts at 00:00 UTC.
What a page costs
- One translated page: one credit.
- A page that fails: nothing. Its credit comes back.
- A page that is already in your language: nothing.
- Opening a page you translated before from your History: nothing.
Plans and credit packs
If you read a lot, a plan gives you credits every month: Supporter $2.99 for 1,000, Pro $4.99 for 2,500 and Ultimate $9.99 for 5,000. Credit packs of 1,000, 2,500 or 6,000 credits never expire, for $4.99, $7.99 and $14.99. You only need one of them if the daily credits are not enough.
Where to see your credits
The extension's popup shows your credits next to your account, and warns you when they run low. On the website, your account page shows every kind of credit and when your plan's credits renew.
Questions
Do daily credits add up if I do not claim them?
No. You claim them once a day, and a new claim replaces what was left of the last one.
Do credits from a pack expire?
No. Pack credits stay until you use them.
Does using my own AI key save credits?
No. Your key writes the translation, but every page still goes through RuneManga's reading and lettering, so it costs one credit.
